![]() I was a bit put off at first I'll admit because I felt a bit embarrassed I was considering a program aimed at a younger audience. One day, as I was browsing Steams amazing deals, I decided out of curiosity to look and see if there were any fun programs that could aid me in learning to type when I came across Typing Instructor for Kids. So over time I became discouraged because the idea of being able to type with simply feeling out the keyboard seemed like it was never going to happen. I tried a few books but they were quite boring to say the least. I've always wanted to learn but never knew how to go about it. I'd like to start by stating that I have never been the type to be able to type without looking down at the keyboard. The kids seem to be able to stay focused long enough that they appear to be learning something (considering their ages 5/7 yo). And better yet, I am very pleased with it. Since there have been NO newer kids' typing tutors, and the classic Spooky typing tutor are nowhere to be found for sale (unless I go to an unfamiliar site and pray that the "free" downloads aren't malware). I originally wanted a newly developed kid's typing tutor with updated graphics or the Spooky typing tutor from the 90's.
